Work out what actually needs solving, and cut the rest. One problem at a time.
Build
Small first, running early. What goes unused is shut down rather than maintained.
Operate
Systems in real use need looking after. Updates, hosting and responsibility over time.

The office is at Kvarngatan 2. The ventures and the assignments are run from here, with Halland as the centre of gravity.
